Sheet pile planks are delivered in various widths from 13 cm to 35 cm with a standard trapezoidal type tongue and grove in accordance with NPR-5493. Lengths to 10 meters are possible also in combination with softwood by means of finger-jointing. The pieces can be machined with a "seeker" on the grove side. The seeker is a bevel creating a one sided pointed end to ensure that the pile being driven fits tight against the pile already in place.

Waler for sheet pile walls can be delivered with straight or slanted lap joints, chamfers, pre-drilled (counter-bored if desired), notched and other machining as may be specified by the client. Corner piles are produced with tongue and groove to connect with the sheet pile walls at the desired angle.

Rubbing timbers are produced to any dimensions specified by the client. These timbers may be machined as necessary, including chamfers, bevels and notches, and drilled with counter-bore as may be required.

There are many different designs for deck planks. Thicknesses varying from 20 mm to 245 mm and widths from 95 mm to 345 mm can be produced by Hupkes. Various profiles are available for the top surface: six grooves (standard Hupkes profile) or seven grooves on a width on 145mm or saw blade width. Further, Hupkes offers "safe grip" in which an epoxy with grit is added.

The variety of poles and piles that Hupkes offers is virtually limitless. Dimension as small as 2x2cm to 50x50cm are possible in lengths up to 14 meters. Square hewn Basralocus piles up to 22 meters long are available from stock at Hupkes. Over many years Basralocus piles have earned high praise for heavy duty hydraulic timber structures. The presence of siliceous grit renders this timber to be naturally durable (no preservative chemicals are necessary) against teredos or shipworm and other marine borers. Recently FSC Cloeziana is used increasingly for round marine piles. Also Hupkes has possibilities in Greenhart piles. Most poles and piles are available from stock at Hupkes.

In water-rich environments protection of the banks of lakes, ponds, rivers, streams etc is of great importance. Hupkes is your partner in selecting the optimum choice of timber for this purpose. Durable hardwood timber and prefab revetment mats made from various timber types may be delivered. Mats made of a combination of durable hardwood and with modified (chemically treated) softwood are also available. The mats may be fitted with a plastic or other inert cover. Supporting piles or poles, with or without a point, are available from stock.

Hupkes makes heavy equipment excavator mats to customer specification.

Increasingly Hupkes delivers wood siding for exterior walls of houses and other buildings. Hupkes does not maintain a stock of standard dimensions softwood for the housing and other construction market. Hupkes imports such softwood directly from the originating countries and delivers to the client.
